For the leader it is about seeing his implication into the organization from his perspective as well as from the organizational view. How does he perceive himself as a leader and how does he translate this into a role in this organization. The view from the organizational point of view unfolds how the team perceives the leader and what role it assumes the leader should take and how.
For the organization it is about learning the dynamics of its culture. Any organization has a built in goal every person in the organization aspires to reach and contribute to. The history of the organization has shaped it as well as the individual understanding everyone has of that goal.
